Showcasing a delicious range of gently infused alcoholic desserts, Tipsy Tea combines a mix of old-style favourites and boozy surprises to make it a must-try this season. Set amid the sophisticated Dylan Bar or the intimate Ruby Room, Tipsy Tea is €45 per person, or €70 per person with two cocktails.
Enjoy the delicious selection of traditional sandwiches including Dylan’s signature Irish smoked salmon with cucumber cream cheese, capers, fennel and brown bread, duck liver parfait with homemade brioche and fig compote, and slow roasted chicken fillet finger sandwich with truffle dressing, along with a warm scone with clotted cream and preserves.
Putting the tipsy in Tipsy Tea, indulge in the gently infused boozy desserts which include an orange and Grand Marnier crème brulée, Casa Luker white chocolate and Coole Swan Irish chocolate liquor mousse, pistachio and almond cake with poached rhubarb, Baileys dark chocolate tart, macerated mixed berries and Champagne jelly and Tiramisu with mascarpone, Amaretto and espresso Savoiardi.
