Elevate is on the hunt for a dynamic office manager/ bookkeeper. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone with a keen interest in PR and social media.

The role is an exciting mix of bookkeeping, IT, and general admin. Experience in social media is a bonus, as is a keen interest in the Irish media and influencer marketing.

Requirements

  • Third level qualification
  • 3-5 years’ office management experience
  • Strong bookkeeping skills, experience of Sage or Xero
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills to include full knowledge of Microsoft Office, Canva, and Hootsuite
  • Must have high level of accuracy, initiative, and strong attention to detail
  • Highly flexible and capable of working in a fast paced environment
  • Interest in print, broadcast, and social media
