Covid could not stop us this year, live events may be on pause but like so many businesses and people we kept going. Here are some of our highlights –
Despite questions about the future of work, we have invested in bigger offices in October in tranquil Windsor Place. We are ambitious and confident about the long-term future of our sector and the need to have a special workspace for our team to develop creative strategy and campaigns. These airy offices are a great showcase for our 20 year furniture, art and craft collection. Come visit!
For our 20th birthday this year we stuck with our futurist mission and hosted webinars on The Future of Food and The Future of
Ecommerce, as part of our #ElevateTrends platform along with our Trend of the Week content on our website. To help us to work through our trends obsession, we ran a 10-part InstaLive series – The New PR Toolkit which looked at different tools from photography to pop up shops, and from media pitches to measurement and evaluation. We’re closing out the year with an Insta Live series on The
Influencer Toolkit, which will continue into 2022. Here we look at the strategies and trends that are impacting the growth of influencer marketing as a discipline.
Awards and High Performing Team
Our team has a thirst for knowledge and to help with the challenge of remote working, we continued to collaborate with Ciara Kelly of Futureneerz on a strengths-based training programme to maintain a thriving high performance team culture.
Catherine O’Connor was selected to take part in the IAPI and Diageo’s 2021 Female Futures Fund coaching bursary.
We won a Digital Media Awards with Goss.ie for our partnership with them and our client, Bumble. Our MD, Emma Kelly, was a finalist for the Media and Communications award at the Power of Women event hosted by VIP Publishing in November.
Diversity and Inclusion
Diversity and inclusion are key values for us. We were delighted to work pro bono with IAPI on a campaign with BeLonG To Youth Services, the national LGBTI+ youth organisation, which calls on all second level students in Ireland to be an ally and stand up for the LGBTI+ community by using words that have the power to heal, not hurt.
We delivered strong results for campaigns for clients including big brands such as Alpro, Kildare Village, Bumble, Nokia, Jysk, Charlotte Tilbury and Schweppes. We pivoted to virtual events and upweighted influencer marketing to reflect the covid restrictions.
