The House Of Peroni Unveils Creative Collaborators

The House of Peroni, which opens in Dublin for the first time this May, has unveiled the creative collaborators who will bring Amare L’Italia (For the Love of Italy) to life with a series of immersive Italian food, drink and cinema experiences.

Food
Michelin-starred chefs, Luciano Tona and Ross Lewis, who together run Osteria Lucio in Dublin’s Docklands, will take over the kitchen for the duration of the residency. Luciano Tona converted his grandfather’s Casatenovo inn into a world-renowned restaurant of unique heritage, La Fermata, which held a Michelin star for more than a decade. His friendship with Ross Lewis began when they shared a meal at Ross’ Dublin restaurant, Chapter One. Their carefully-curated Italian menus will offer something for all tastes, from fine dining to sharing apericena plates to weekend brunch.

Drink
Peroni Nastro Azzurro’s global brand ambassador, Dublin-based mixologist Federico Riezzo, has designed a cutting-edge menu of Peroni Nastro Azzurro infusions – innovative cocktails that use Peroni Nastro Azzurro as a main ingredient. Federico will lead the mixology team, bringing his creative Italian flair to each of the bars.

Coffee
In partnership with micro coffee roasters, Cloud Picker, The House of Peroni is bringing Italian café culture to Dublin with a fully stocked barista bar, serving up authentic Italian espresso and other favourites.

Cinema
Italy is renowned worldwide for its cinema classics, and The House of Peroni’s film screening party promises to be something very special. In partnership with Film Fatale, The House of Peroni will screen an Italian cinema classic, followed by a stylish party, in what is sure to be a fabulous night of authentic Italian glamour.

The House of Peroni opens to the public for a two-week residency at 1 Dame Lane in Dublin city centre from Thursday, 19th to Saturday, 21st May and from Wednesday, 25th to Saturday, 28th May. It will be spread across several floors with innovative bars, creative spaces and a glamorous rooftop terrace for al fresco drinks and dining. The main bars will be open to the public each night with no booking required, while a series of exclusive, ticketed events will also take place during the two-week residency. Tickets for these events go on sale on 20th April at thehouseofperoni.com.
