Dublin’s Creative Tastemakers Ring in the End of Summer with Peroni Nastro Azzurro

Peroni Nastro Azzurro hosted an intimate gathering with some of Ireland’s leading creative tastemakers in the stylish surrounds of The Candle Bar in Kelly’s Hotel, Dublin last week. Guests rang in the end of summer as they enjoyed hands-on demonstrations and discussions with the Peroni Creatives, three Irish designers and makers hand-chosen by Peroni to explore their own interpretation of Life in Italian Style.

Milliner, Laura Kinsella, mixologist, Federico Riezzo, and trendsetting design duo, Designgoat, discussed their work and inspirations with journalist Eithne Shortall, while Federico treated guests to a masterclass in creating Peroni infusions; unique, infused drinks made with authentic Italian ingredients and crisp Peroni Nastro Azzurro.

Guests enjoyed Italian aperitivo of black tiger prawns, fresh crab meat en croute and salami with stuffed olives, accompanied by stylish Piccola bottles of Peroni Nastro Azzurro and Federico’s Peroni infusions. The infusion menu included Peroni Irish Garden, a fruity cucumber and elderflower drink with unexpected bursts of basil; Peroni La Piazza, a zingy infusion of ginger, lime and angostura bitters with aromatic rosemary flavours; and Peroni Strawberry Field, a sweet celebration of Irish strawberries, balanced perfectly with mint, citrus and refreshing Peroni Nastro Azzurro.
