Dylan, Dublin’s leading five star hotel, is welcoming July with open arms by introducing the perfect summer treat – a delectable new Low & Slow BBQ menu!

The Low & Slow menu includes a wide selection of authentic BBQ dishes sure to delight the senses. Available from 4pm every Friday, Saturday and Sunday, Dylan’s famed terrace is this summer’s place to be in the city for relaxing and unwinding in style after the long working week. Guests can soak up the atmosphere while enjoying a selection of perfectly slow cooked and smoked BBQ dishes bursting with flavour, before toasting the summer with delicious seasonal cocktails!

Serving only the very best of fresh and local Irish produce, all dishes are cooked slowly using Hickory wood on a BBQ smoker grill for 24 hours to produce the tastiest of BBQ bites including smoked Irish beef brisket served with corn bread, chipotle fried shrimp and a spicy kimchee slaw, glazed BBQ pork ribs drizzled in Kitty O’Byrne turf sauce with a crunchy fennel, apple and radish salad or the sticky pork shoulder on a brioche bap served with chimichurri sauce, pico de gallo salsa and merguez.

The perfect finishing touch to Dylan’s new offering, the Low & Slow menu features a selection of cocktail punchbowls and signature cocktails to share, bursting with summer flavours – the perfect toast to summertime including the all-time favourite sangria, a mixture of red wine, fresh orange, fresh lemon, fresh apple, Hennessy brandy, Bacardi and lemonade or the tantalizing watermelon cooler complete with Tequila añejo, fresh watermelon, fresh lime juice and Apérol.
