Rose Dinner In Maldron Hotels

The Rose of Tralee International Festival 2014 saw Philadelphia Rose Maria Walsh win this year’s title and to celebrate the partnership between the Rose of Tralee International Festival 2014 and Maldron Hotels, as the principle accommodation provider for the event, the hotel group has launched a bespoke Rose dinner menu available in selected Maldron Hotels around the country.

From mouth-watering Salmon Rose, homemade Guinness bread, beetroot and vodka cured salmon with crème fraîche, to an Italian twist with Belle Italia a four cheese ravioli served with basil cream, rocket leaves and shaved parmesan, to indulgent desserts such as the Rose Melt a combination of summer fruits and berries, homemade shortbread, rose water and crème fraîche, the Rose menu is the perfect combination of tradition and beauty.
