Launch of Bonac 24 Gin with Brunch After Hours

– A Flight of Fancy Made Real –

Guests including Roz Purcell and artist Maser celebrated the launch of new premium Irish gin, Bonac 24, at an after-hours brunch on the rooftop terrace of The Woollen Mills in Dublin on Wednesday, 31st May. Gin cocktails were paired with tasty brunch bites, including sweet and savoury waffles, clean nachos and bacon butties, followed by a refreshing, palate-cleansing Bonac 24 gin and tonic sorbet.

Guests lined up at the cocktail station to sample the Bonac Snapper, a gin Bloody Mary, the Gin Spritz and the classic Bonac 24 G&T garnished with a choice of mint and lime, raspberry and mint or pink grapefruit, as Daniella Moyles spun some summer-time tunes at the DJ booth. Other party-goers included jewellery designer Chupi Sweetman-Durney, model Irma Mali and fashion stylist Brian Conway.

The first product from a boutique distillery in Newtownmountkennedy, County Wicklow, Bonac 24 is an expertly balanced gin, offering a sublime blend of natural botanicals which deliver hints of citrus, mint and star anise. Pleasingly smooth on the palate, its flavours and fresh notes are as individual as they are exceptional.

Bonac 24 was created by 25 year old entrepreneur, Gavin Clifford, and his father Michael. It is crafted in very small batches at their artisan distillery using the finest ingredients, before being carefully bottled, corked and labelled by hand.

Bonac 24 is available for €45 from O’Brien’s and independent off-licences nationwide, as well as in some of Ireland’s best bars and restaurants. For further details, visit www.bonac24.com or say hello on Facebook or Instagram.
