The House Of Peroni Returns To Dublin

The House of Peroni makes its eagerly anticipated return to Dublin on Thursday, 25th May. Running until Sunday, 4th June, the residency will return to its spot on the rooftop of 1 Dame Lane in the heart of the city centre. The House of Peroni 2017 will bring to life Gusto d’Italia, the flavours of Italy. It will offer guests a fresh and innovative take on contemporary Italian food, a taste of Peroni Nastro Azzurro’s unique infusions, and one of the best views in the city.

The food menus at The House of Peroni have been overseen by the residency’s Master of Taste, the critically acclaimed Italian chef, Francesco Mazzei. Born and raised in Calabria, the toe on Italy’s boot, Francesco has been chef patron at Sartoria restaurant in London’s Mayfair district since 2015. Francesco has worked with up and coming Irish food talent to bring some local Dublin flavour – pastry chef, Aoife Noonan, and pizza expert, Michael Ryan. Aoife is executive pastry chef at Luna, winner of the 2016 All-Ireland Best Restaurant Award, while Michael runs Dublin Pizza Company, serving wood-fired Neapolitan pizzas made with organic ingredients. Inspired by the conviviality of an Italian dinner table and the best Irish-Italian produce both countries have to offer, visitors can tuck into moreish pizza, pasta, Italian cicchetti bites and delicious gelato at The House of Peroni restaurant this year.

The House of Peroni is open to the public from Thursday, 25th May until Sunday 4th of June. No admission fee and no booking required. Over 18s only.
