Hennessy Lost Fridays

Following a sell-out night in January, Hennessy Lost Fridays return to The RHA on Friday, 13th May, 2016 from 7pm, showcasing some of the most innovative creative talent from Ireland’s diverse arts scene. Featuring a new mix of collaborations with some of the country’s leading creatives, this promises to be another unforgettable night of cocktails, colour and creativity.

The second in the series of Hennessy Lost Fridays will be produced by LPM Bohemia duo, Chaz Preston and Hugo Jellet, best known for their infamous Salty Dog stage, which pops up annually at Electric Picnic. Chaz and Hugo have also recently opened a ground breaking new events garden near Stradbally, at Ballintubbert House. For this instalment of Hennessy Lost Fridays, LPM Bohemia will style a majestic Rejasthani tent which will pop up in the car park of the RHA. The tent will be an urban oasis, evocative of desert royals and lavish parties.

Performances on the night will include live music by King Kong Company, Pete PAMF Sextette (with special guests) and Leila James, along with a DJ set from Rory Montane. Will St. Ledger will host interactive art sessions and revellers can also sate their appetite with Italian street food supplied by Coppa. Hennessy mixologists will create delicious bespoke Hennessy cocktails, as well as hosting cocktail masterclasses, which will take place throughout the evening.

The RHA’s main galleries and the 186th Annual Exhibition will be open for exploration, with talks and tours by artists and curators. Each space in the gallery will be carefully curated, offering experimental art, music, literature, performance and food.
