Launching Dine In Dublin In True Culinary Style

On Thursday, 12th of February, Dine in Dublin launched its sixth year of the city’s favourite foodie festival with an exclusive showcase of Dublin’s hottest culinary offerings! Kicking off Dine in Dublin 2015 in impeccable style, Elevate had the pleasure of working with DublinTown as they hosted an event like no other, welcoming a bevy of foodie elite to enjoy an elaborate tasting menu prepared by five of the city’s top chefs, boasting delectable dishes along with exciting live demos.

Hosted by Andrew Rudd in the private and stylish surrounds of the soon to be opened The MGN on South Anne Lane, guests were treated to a unique opportunity to enjoy five mouth-watering dishes prepared before their very eyes by top chefs Phillip Hughes of Opium, Derek Brown of Le Bon Crubeen, Temple Garner of San Lorenzo’s, Pichet’s Stephen Gibson and Shane Smith of Fallon and Byrne. Each of the five dishes were paired with a wine, hand-picked by Liam Smith, Wine Manager at Fallon & Byrne and charming cocktails from Aaron Wall, General Manager at The Meeting House.

Dublin’s foodie elite were in a hurry to top the Tweet Wall leader board with the evening living online resulting in #DineInDublin trending on Twitter in Ireland, allowing the entire country to watch the night unfold through great food photography and quirky commentary!

Dine in Dublin kicks off this weekend and this year is set to be bigger and better than ever with an exciting programme of events lined up including the Dine food pavilion, Disco Brunch with Dine in Dublin, Wine & Dine in Dublin at Ely IFSC, collaborations with Easons and Arnotts showcasing super chef demos from your favourite foodie authors and a host of special offers from the city’s most loved eateries!
