Christmas At The Dylan Hotel
Dylan, Dublin’s leading five star boutique hotel, is open for the entire Christmas period, offering guests an unrivalled festive experience beginning on Saturday, 24th December.
From the moment guests check in, they will be transported into Dylan’s Christmas sanctuary, the perfect home away from home for the festive season. After check in, guests can relax with a mulled wine reception, complete with live entertainment by Sean Boland and tasty Christmas canapés.
The Christmas Eve wind down will be completed with classic Christmas movies on the fully heated, candlelit terrace, before retreating to an individually styled rooms and unwrapping a bespoke Christmas gift from the team at Dylan.
On Christmas morning, start the day off with a delicious breakfast in Tavern Restaurant or simply sit back in the comfort of a boutique bedroom and enjoy breakfast in bed. To build up an appetite before Christmas dinner is served, why not wander beyond the lobby and take a stroll around the leafy suburbs of Dublin 4.
Created by Head Chef, Mark Bodie and his team, Dylan will serve a mouth-watering Christmas lunch, cooked using only the very finest and freshest seasonal ingredients. Dylan’s sommelier will also be on hand to recommend the finest wines, ports and digestives. After dinner, relax in comfort and style in the festive lounge areas for the evening and enjoy a classic board game.
Dylan’s expert mixologists will then be on hand to prepare festive tipples. A selection of crafty cocktails from Dylan’s famous 12 Cocktails of Christmas menu will be available, including Two Turtle Doves, a delicious mix of Jameson Irish Whiskey, Baileys, Frangelico fresh cream, chocolate and mint bitters or Four Collie Birds, a sweet concoction of fresh seasonal mixed berries, Hennessey cognac, chardonnay, lemonade and citrus.
On Monday, December 26th clear the cobwebs with a brisk walk in one of the nearby parks, or guests can make their way to the races at Leopardstown or the shops at Grafton Street.
